Summery Statement of Personal Research Interests:

 

          My main research interest is in the transition to farming and food production archaeology. Since 1990 I have been involved in a senior role on numerous archaeological research projects, conducted in two important New Stone Age sites in Jordan ( Dhra and es- Sifiya), and a major survey conducted in the area east of al-Jafer Depression in Southern Badiya of Jordan. The obtained cultural materials from these field work projects form significant aspects of my research.
