Objective:
The Objective of this course is to provide student with growth and
development of the hotel Industry, classification of hotels, hotel orgnization,
hotel departments, hotel structure, international and chain hotels, the
importance and nature of the hotel work, guest services, the price location,
advertising, food and beverage, decor, services, the hotel management and
supervision.
Class members will practice the above mentioned at appropriate
hotels visit hotels.
