The Transport and Mechanic Department in Mutah University Works
  
 in maintaining and sustaining all the vahicles and cars of the
  
 University in its civil and military wings. This department is
 
 
 responsible for the necessary electric and mechanic works.
  
The number of these vehicles is estimated with 175 of different
  
 kinds. The department provides the administrative and teaching
  
 staff in the University with necessary means of transport as well as
  
 
 transporting the students of the faculty of Medicine and the Faculty
  
 of Nursing.
  
 
The department performed 1538 external trips and 7252 internal trips
  
 during the year 2010, The Transport and mechanic Department
  
 includes four branch:
  
- Movement Branch
  
 
- Vehicles follow-up Branch
  
 
- Garage section
