Department of Political science



The Department of Political Science targets students who are interested in studying how power and resources are distributed and how power is acquired and exerted in the world today. The students are introduced to a variety of issues, in Political Science. An opportunity to gain knowledge about political processes is also attained. The Department aims at providing students with knowledge that is valuable in itself and is also particularly designed to enhance career prospects to graduates.
The Department was established in l992. It confers Bachelor degree in Political Science after four years of full time study. The program is designed to provide students with well solid knowledge in the major fields of Political Science such as comparative politics, political philosophy or theory, and international relations. In addition, the department of political science will confer a master degree in Internal.
