Apply programming concepts including declarations, functions, objects, classes, inheritance, pointers, and references to objects, etc.

Know and explain the basic principles in operating systems such as operating system structure, processes, CPU and job scheduling, deadlocks, memory management, virtual memory, and I/O devices management.
